Service Description

Private event booking on our beautiful covered patio with flowing fountain. Site has a comfortable lounge feel that provides the perfect atmosphere for visiting amongst your guests. Session Includes; * Guest entry access through Market Street alley doorway * Duration allows you time for pre-event prep and after event clean up * Background music for your guests to enjoy * Patio closed to public during your event Additional Options; * Your choice of pre-ordered beer and/or wine * Catered charcuterie options available (meat, cheeses, bread, crackers, veggies, fruit & more) Things You Can Bring; * Decorations as long as they are not taped to any part of our property and/or furniture * Non-Alcoholic beverages * Dessert options (cake, cookies, etc) * Meal type options (catered from local restaurants, personal meals cooked and brought in - excludes any type of charcuterie options) Your private booking pays for the use of our patio for 4 hours which will allow you time to set up, enjoy your event and clean up at the end. Additional hours can be purchased at $75/hour, if requested 3 weeks prior to your event to all us adequate staffing. Please note that any alcoholic beverages and/or charcuterie foods must be purchased through our location per our licensing requirements.


Cancellation Policy

Deposit is required to block the date and times of your event. Balance is due 7 days prior to event and can be made at our location in person, over the phone or request to send via Venmo or PayPal. Customer understands that we are holding a patio block so cancellations or date rescheduling for this event are as follows; * 50% of deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled after booking up till 7 days prior of event * 100% of deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled 6 days or less of event * Request to reschedule date needs to made in writing via email at my5CCustomCreations@gmail.com no later than 20 days prior to your event and is subject to availability Reminder that our policy is any alcoholic beverages and/or charcuterie type options are only to be allowed if purchased through our location. Any unapproved drinks and/or foods are against our licensing policy and you will be asked to remove them immediately to avoid having us close down your event.
