Policy
We want to thank you first of all for supporting our small business! If an item did not work for you, we'll gladly accept for store credit or exchange any merchandise purchased that has not been washed, worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt/packing slip. Returns/Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. All returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

Please inspect package immediately. If an item is defective, please email my5CCustomCreations@gmail.com within 3 days and provide photo of the defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Returns or exchanges postmarked after 10 days of receipt

Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains

5C Custom Creations, LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns, and to update this policy at any time without notice. Returns not in compliance with our return policy will be subject to restocking fee or will be at buyer’s expense to ship back to buyer.

Return/Exchange Instructions

Your return must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving in order to be eligible.
