If an item did not work for you, we'll gladly accept for store credit or exchange any merchandise purchased that has not been washed, worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt/packing slip. Returns/Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. All returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
Please inspect package immediately. If an item is defective, please email my5CCustomCreations@gmail.com within 3 days and provide photo of the defect.
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
Jewelry, hair accessories, bra type items
Any seasonal type items
Returns or exchanges postmarked after 10 days of receipt
All Sale items are Final
Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
Shipping is non-refundable
Items purchased from store-front locations
