PT Front Counter Assistant

​

We are looking for a friendly face to add to our team that can make our customers shopping experience a true joy each time they visit our store. This  is a non tip position on the boutique floor as our front counter and host for the patio.

 

Position Details:

 

• Available to start January 2026

• Part-Time starting 20 up to 35 hours, Wednesday-Saturday.

• Weekend availability (Friday and Saturday) is a requirement; employees are provided one Friday & Saturday off monthly

• 18 years of age is required

• Previous customer service experience preferred 

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Ability to learn how to operate POS system to check out customers purchases

• Some experience or ability to fluff store when items are purchased

• Ability to hold friendly conversations with customers

• Detail oriented

• Reliable and punctual on scheduled work days

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

• Must be able to climb ladders

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Additional Responsibilities: 

 

• Opening store duties & patio set up

• Keeping dressing room cleared 

• Keeping clothing racks and shelves looking nice

• Hanging and taking down weekly sale signs

• Stamping product bags

• Inventory tagging

• Steaming new apparel inventory

• Inventory tracking in store and on our website 

• New customer data entry

• Small housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, trash, cleaning bathrooms)

• Closing store duties
